Systems and Network Monitoring

Customers can contract for three (3) different types of management and monitoring services which include:
  1. Application Performance Monitoring - which is essential to monitoring and maintaining the health of your applications. We will ensure application availability and the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) with all relevant parties.
  2. Hardware Monitoring - is offered for heterogeneous hardware platforms to increase services uptime and enhance customer satisfaction. Collected metrics encompass processor , storage array status, performance, power consumption, temperature and humidity. Through the analysis of these metrics, administrators can proactively detect hardware failures; rectify them, and considerably reduce downtime.
  3. Network Monitoring - is provided in a comprehensive, scalable, and robust way that spans all seven layers of the network stack. This ensures that our technicians are able to pinpoint the root cause of a network issue. The objective of network monitoring is to provide a depiction of operations so potential problems can be proactively avoided, and any anomalies that do occur can be detected, isolated, and resolved with a minimum mean-time-to-repair.
